How to File a Claim

A claim should be lodged with the following documents:

The documents should be forwarded to EFU Health Ltd at the following address:

Our claims team will review the documents and approve the claim. If no further information is required and the treatment taken is covered as per the policy terms and conditions, EFU Health will settle the claim. Payment in all such cases will be made within 15 working days of the receipt of the claims.

In case of any query or incomplete documentation, a requirement letter will be forwarded to the insured / client. Payment will be made within 15 working days of the receipt of all required documents.

If the claim is not payable as per the policy terms and conditions then a regret letter will be forwarded indicating the reason for non-payment.

* Please read carefully the instructions given at the beginning of the claim form and submit a completely filled form along with all the supportive documents.
