In compliance to the SECP circular No 24 of 2021, we are pleased to announce
that the Board of Directors of the Company has formulated a Gender Diversity
Policy (GDP) in order to empower women employees within the organization. GDP
is easily available and accessible on web portal to each and every employee of the Company.
Allianz EFU also has an approved anti-harassment and complaint handling policy
as well as a committee for the purpose, all the employees have access to go through it on Company’s web portal.
Allianz EFU feel proud to enhance women empowerment as there is conducive work environment, maternity leaves, flexibility in case there are
any issues related to their children and encourage freedom of speech to raise their voice against any immoral act at work place.
